Halo Voice
Voice assistant
Answers routine phone calls, collects details and hands the call to a person with context when needed.
Halo AI
Halo is the technology Begensol is building to make customer support faster without making it less human. It answers routine questions, takes simple actions and passes conversations to trained people the moment judgement is needed.
The principle
Automation is excellent at repetitive, well defined requests: checking an order, changing a booking, answering a policy question. It is poor at reading frustration, handling exceptions and repairing a relationship.
Halo is designed around that difference. Every assistant works within rules you approve, recognises when a conversation has moved beyond them, and hands it to a person who can see everything that has been said.
Available today
Through our AI Voice and Chat Automation service, we design, configure and supervise automated assistants built on established platforms, alongside our human team.

Guardrails
These principles apply to every automated assistant we deploy, whether built on a partner platform or on Halo.
Assistants answer from information you have approved and say so when they do not know.
Customers can ask for a person, and the conversation is handed over with its history.
We recommend that assistants introduce themselves as automated, and design them to do so.
Assistants can only take the actions you have agreed, in the systems you have connected.
Complaints, vulnerable customers and regulated advice are passed to people.
Conversations are reviewed regularly, and automation can be paused at any time.
Questions
We will review your contact reasons and tell you honestly what is worth automating and what should stay with people.
